Let the message of Christ, in all its richness, find a home with you. Teach each other, and advise each other, in all wisdom. With gratitude in your hearts sing psalms and hymns and inspired songs to God; ... Colossians 3:16, Jerusalem Bible.
Instructions
A random piece of music will now play from the list below. Click the Refresh / Update button on your browser to start a new selection. According to your browser configuration, a small player is likely beside the angel or at the top corner. It can control the sound.

The music will keep playing if you click the minus sign in the upper right corner to reduce the page. You can then continue browsing the site and the web.

If later you wish to change the music just open this page again by clicking the reduction at the bottom of the screen. Play a new random piece by clicking the Refresh or Reload Button. Stop the "music box" by closing the window with the "X".

Depending on how your browser is configured, the pieces below will play when you click them, or you may be offered the choice to download or play. They are virus free if you want to download them. Midi pieces are also very small. If you select from the list below, your browser may open a second midi player. This may not matter, or you may need to shut down the earlier players.

Please also if you should find any more really nice music on the web, please e-mail it to us - with credits to the folks who made it they are identified.

WARNING If you do not have the present ability to play MIDI music, it is rather complicated to do and you should ask help from a teenager to do this. It requires a sound board and speakers and then a player for your web browser. Any changes to your computer may make it unstable - as usual.
Some of the selections above are samples from this site. If you like this music be sure to visit. Just click on the graphic on the left. There are hymns together with words, and in old and new rhythms. They offer hymns in two electronic hymnals at $18 usd.
The Noteworthy Composer people have made a MIDI composer that has the basic features for playing and editing. But they have so well optimized it for songs that many Church Folks have adopted this basic format with it's bouncing ball type of player. Cost is $39 usd. Visit their site to find out more.
Noteworthy also offer a free player for NWC files as are listed above, and found on many church sites. Click the image left to download NoteWorthy Player 1.70 - 32-bit Version (481 K)
